This project involved the complete renovation of an outdated and cramped 1950s bathroom, transforming it into a modern, luxurious spa-like retreat. Key objectives included maximizing light and space, addressing structural challenges inherent to an older home, and seamlessly integrating modern amenities. The renovation required meticulous planning and execution, emphasizing collaboration with the client to achieve their vision of a bright, functional, and aesthetically pleasing bathroom.

The house beautifully marries historical charm with cutting-edge technology, making it the largest smart home in New Zealand.

Nestled on a steep hillside in Wellington, this project presented a unique challenge. Our task was to transform the property by constructing a new double garage, extending the living space, and creating stunning outdoor areas, all while navigating the steep terrain and ensuring the final result blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

Situated in the picturesque area of Days Bay, this project involved renovating a quirky, artistically influenced bach-style property. With its three levels staggered up a hillside and breathtaking views of Wellington Harbour, the challenge was to upgrade the existing wet rooms while maintaining the property’s unique character.
