Transparent Budget Presentation, Project Software Access & Guarantee Options: During our on-site budget meeting, we'll not only detail your project's financial aspects and provide access to our Buildertrend software, but we'll also present information about the Master Builders 10-Year Guarantee. We'll explain the benefits and costs associated with this added protection, allowing you to decide if it's the right choice for your peace of mind. Benefit to you: You gain full transparency into your project costs (tailored to your contract type), convenient access to project updates, and the opportunity to understand and decide on a valuable long-term guarantee for your home. Contract Finalization & Digital Signing: Once you're happy with the finalized pricing and have made a decision regarding the Master Builders Guarantee, we'll prepare a clear and comprehensive contract reflecting all agreed-upon terms (fixed price or charge-up). We'll then schedule a convenient signing meeting where we'll guide you through the contract, answer any final questions, and siging of the contract can happen. You'll receive a copy of the signed contract via email and through Buildertrend for your records. Throughout you'll receive updates on our progress via email, and you can also view daily logs of behind-the-scenes activities on Buildertrend, keeping you informed even before physical work begins. Our proactive ordering of materials helps prevent delays, and our regular updates keep you in the loop and demonstrate our commitment to efficient project management. ​ On-Site Work Begins & Transparent Progress Tracking: Once the schedule is finalized and materials are ready, our skilled team will arrive on-site to begin the physical work on your project, establishing a safe and organized work environment. From this point forward, you'll see tangible progress each day. Whether you're local or remote, you can stay fully informed through Buildertrend. Our team will provide daily logs detailing the work completed, upload photos showcasing the progress, and send you a comprehensive weekly report summarizing achievements and outlining the schedule for the upcoming week. Benefit to you: You'll witness your vision taking shape firsthand (or virtually!), with complete transparency into the daily progress and a clear understanding of the project's momentum and future milestones. This regular communication and visual updates provide peace of mind and ensure you're always in the loop. ​ Final Inspections, Snag List & Seamless Handover: As your project nears completion, we'll conduct two thorough "snag list" meetings with you. The first is to collaboratively identify any outstanding items or touch-ups that need attention to ensure everything meets your standards. Our team will then diligently address these items. The second meeting is to finalize the snag list, confirm your complete satisfaction, and celebrate the handover of your newly completed space. At this point, we'll complete a Practical Completion Certificate with you, which also initiates the process for your Master Builders 10-Year Guarantee, if applicable.
